Create a modern, responsive web landing page for a Work Request application. The design should have a clean, professional look with a minimalistic layout, soft shadows, rounded corners, and a consistent color palette (blue and white as primary colors).

At the top, include a bold headline: "Submit Your Work Request" and a short subtext explaining: "Fill out the form below to send your work request details."

In the center of the page, place a form with the following input fields:

• Name (text input)

• Email (email input)

• Summary (multiline textarea)

• Location (text input)

• Type (dropdown selection with example options: Maintenance, IT Support, Cleaning, Other)

• Priority (dropdown selection: Low, Medium, High, Urgent)

• Due Date (date picker)

Include a "Submit Request" button with a bright accent color (blue or green).

Below the form, add a confirmation section that will display a success message once the form is submitted.

The landing page should be fully responsive, look good on mobile and desktop, and have smooth hover effects for buttons and inputs.

Use HTML, CSS (Tailwind CSS preferred), and JavaScript for form interactivity.
